Guess who’s up and moving again? 🙋♀️
My foot is finally starting to feel better! After weeks of careful steps (literally), I decided to test things out on my vibration plate — and let me tell you, it felt so good to be back at it. I was afraid it would hurt or slow healing, but nope — smooth sailing. And while the scale didn't budge, not even an ounce, the inches did. 🎉 Not only did I lose what I had gained last week, I dropped a little more! That brings me to a total of 60 3/4 inches gone — and even though the pounds remain steady at 5½ lost, I’m calling this a big win.
Because progress isn’t just about the number — it’s about how you feel, how your clothes fit, and how your energy shows up every day.
Lately, I’ve been hitting a new kind of challenge — recipe burnout. Don’t get me wrong, I still love the meals I’ve been making, but I’m ready to add some variety. The goal is flavor, not fuss. I’m one of those “I need energy at 5 a.m.” people who likes having food prepped ahead — breakfast, lunch, and power snacks ready to roll.
The tricky part? I confess… I’m not a huge veggie fan. Unless there’s dip or seasoning, they just don’t do it for me. 😅 But hey — if I’d been naturally obsessed with vegetables, I probably wouldn’t have a transformation story to tell, right? So I’ll own it, embrace it, and keep looking for ways to make healthy taste good.
(Stay tuned — next week I might share a few new finds once I start experimenting!)
Now for something seriously exciting — Young Living's annual convention has a whole new vibe this year! For as long as I’ve been with the company, convention meant heading to Salt Lake City. I went every other year because, let’s be real, travel costs add up. But it was always worth it — the energy, the laughter, the community, the feeling of coming home to people who “get it.” This year, though, they’re changing it up! Instead of one big event, Young Living is hitting the road with The Awaken Tour 2026 - and there are SIX locations!
And guess where us East Coasters get to go? Orlando, Florida! ☀️. Sure, Orlando in July is going to feel like walking into a hair dryer, but the convenience (and cost savings!) make it so worth it. Fewer travel days, less expense, and still a full dose of magic. I’ve already booked my hotel, my ticket's been in hand since last. year, and I’ll be locking in flights soon. The excitement is real. I can already picture the hugs, the smiles, the late‑night chats with my oily family. These are my people.
Young Living continues to amaze me — the innovation, the passion, the pure heart behind it all. Every new product feels like the next step toward something bigger, and the vibe is infectious. So if you’ve ever thought, “I wish I could be part of something like that…” — this is your sign. Message me. Call me. Let’s talk. I’d love nothing more than to share this experience with you.
Because this isn’t just about products, progress, or a number on a scale.
It’s about purpose, people, and possibilities.
And this journey — it’s still just getting started. 💛
